Weather Conditions: 73° and 94% Humidity
6 Pax arrived with the knowledge that a “fan favorite” workout was on the docket for them this morning. 5 put in some extra StrideLite miles before BC. What YHC and multiple others did not factor in was how the humidity was going ramp of the difficulty of what was in store. Needless to say, the Pax overcame the suck and got better for it. As for the workout, here is how it went.

Begin with 11 counts of each exercise and add one at the completion of each round

▪ Station 2 – Run Single Island Loop – Bobby Hurleys at the 2 Speed Bumps
▪ Station 3 – Block Swings
▪ Station 4 – Burpees
▪ Station 5 – Bench Worm (snake down & back over each table)
▪ Station 6 – Box Jumps (cross the bridge to next station)
▪ Station 7 – Squats (back across the bridge for next station)
▪ Station 8 – Balls to the Wall Shuffle (BTTW position and shuffle right to other end of the wall)
