Breeeezy Block Party at The Pit

14 PAX posted to Snake Pit on a cool windy morning for a Block Party hosted by YHC. Some had experienced the fun of Blocks with Ranger while others had not. They quickly learned to embrace the FUN! Good mumble chatter and a high degree of effort throughout the workout.

Mosey to the block pile and return to the field

4 Corners:
Lunge short side 20 merkins, run long side, 20 merkins, lunge short sid, 20 merkins, run the long side 20 merkins

Block Buster:

Merkins x 19 IC
Curls x 10 IC
Overhead Press x 10 IC
Tricep Extensions x 10 IC
Combine into a 16 count exercise (Block Buster) x 10 IC

Pain Train w/Block

Run to 20, 10 merkins, return to start 5 Burpies
Run to 20, 10 merkins, run to 40, 10 squats, back to 20, 10 merkins, return to start 5 burpies
Continue to add 20 yards each time alternating merkins and squats a Total of 4 rounds
