14 PAX posted to Snake Pit on a cool windy morning for a Block Party hosted by YHC. Some had experienced the fun of Blocks with Ranger while others had not. They quickly learned to embrace the FUN! Good mumble chatter and a high degree of effort throughout the workout.

Run to 20, 10 merkins, return to start 5 Burpies
Run to 20, 10 merkins, run to 40, 10 squats, back to 20, 10 merkins, return to start 5 burpies
Continue to add 20 yards each time alternating merkins and squats a Total of 4 rounds
