Remember when you were a little kid and found an old toy you’d forgotten about at the bottom of the toy box? What a great feeling, right?! Well, 9 of F3LexSC’s finest went on a mission to recreate that feeling on the gloomy grounds of the Hollow toy box. We found some oldies and we found some goodies! Here’s how our mission went.
Weather: It’s warm and humid as always in SC in late July

Mosey over to the Operations Building parking lot and circle up
SSH x 15 IC
TTT x 15 IC
IW x 10 IC
The Thang
Count off 1’s, 2’s, and 3’s
1’s line up at the loading dock for up downs (jump up on the loading dock and stand all the way up then get down until 2’s complete Merkins x 50)
2’s complete Merkins x 50
3’s move up and down loading dock stairs until 2’s complete Merkins x 50
Rotate through all 3 stations
After completing all 3 stations line up at the bottom of the hill in the parking lot
Run up the hill at 75% effort and complete Squats x 25 OYO
Mosey back down to the start
Run up again and complete Carolina Dry Docks x 25 OYO
Mosey back down to the start
Run up and complete alternating lunges x 25
Continue mosey around on service road to “The Hill of Death” and then on to the cut through road by the track. Enter at the track gate and over to the stadium for a stair climb to the press box.
At the top complete Merkins x 25 and Jump Squats x 25
Mosey down the stadium stairs and continue on to the front of the school to the big LHS sign.
Move yourself over the sign (wall) x 10
Continue mosey around to the big breezeway
Lunge to first column and broad jump to next
Repeat until last column
Mosey to the block pile
Grab a block and do curls for the last 2 minutes
Mosey back to the SF
