- YHC Q’d Anchor this morning and got a good history lesson on Lynyrd Skynyrd along with reminiscing on 1980’s (golden era) wrestling. Oh, and we did some work too. YHC tried to hit all the major muscle groups, the jaw getting the most work today. This is a great group of men and an outstanding AO that YHC needs to start visiting again. There are worse ways to start a morning than to see the sun trying to rise over the dam, listen to the waves hit the shore, and hang out with a blue heron trying to get breakfast.
