Week 2 of The Gauntlet kicked off this AM at The Viper. If you like stairs, you’ll love this one. The Viper boasts 4 sets of stairs leading down to the WKHS track. It’s a non-stop run up and down the steps with some exercises thrown in. The Beep Test at the beginning is always a crowdpleaser.
Tclaps to Shine and Coon Dog for 16 and 15 laps respectively on the beep test. Impressive.

Head down the stairs toward the big boy stairs to start The Viper
Beep Test: Up and down the big stairs in 1 minutes, rinse and repeat until you can’t finish a lap
Once you fail the beep test, run the backside of the track toward the far stairs by the football field
Merkins x 11 at the bottom, Flutter kicks x 11 (2-ct) at the top
Mosey to next set of stairs
