In a record setting week at Roost, 9 pax posted for the monthly Lake Murray Q. This one was brought to by YHC who can honestly admit he severely underestimated the difficulty of this Q. Death threats and hate were spewed his way during and after. Here’s how it went down:

25 yard bear crawl, 25 merkins
25 yard crab walk, 25 big boys
25 yard lunge walk, 25 squats
25 yard broad jumps, 25 v ups
Run back to start and repeat until time is called.
This one hurt. Solid effort by all pax. At least 6 rounds completed by all. Also another good showing number wise. Good to see Creole and Updyke back in the gloom. Let’s keep this up.
