Mosey around back side of track and end up at Parking lot by the Restrooms

The Thang:

10 parking spaces with different exercise in each, each Pax picks his first station and AMRAP for 60 seconds, recover for 15-30 sec, and continue down the line until all ten are complete.

  3. Reverse Crunch (aka pelvic thrust)
  4. Jump squats
