Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on our blessings and what we’re thankful for this year. One of the things YHC is most thankful for is the decision to take a cold walk to the park to post at F3 Camden’s launch almost a year ago. YHC thought he was a pretty complete man coming in but quickly learned through F3 the need to work every day to get better.
Thanksgiving is also a time to feast and over indulge. That’s why the goal of this workout was to pre-burn as many calories as possible so we can feel good about chowing down the rest of the day. Fifteen Pax posted for the pre-burn including Nameyourownpricetool and his son Maverick “FNG” from Greenville. Everyone worked really hard and it was an honor to lead.
