Brought the men of Detention some fun today. We got after it and work was done, betterment was had.

Long mosey around the parking lot and exit drive, end up in the field.
Using Cream Cheese’s car as the start line, run suicides in the field using the trees as markers. When you touch the baseline, do 5 merkins. Add 5 merkins every time you return to the baseline. There were 4 trees so we worked our way up to 20 merkins total.
Using the same trees, lunge to the first tree, run to the second, lunge to the third, backpedal to the fourth, jailbreak back to the start line.
In the parking lot, 11s using the curbs. Squats and merkins. 1 squat, run across, 10 merkins, run across, 2 squats, run across, 9 merkins, etc. until you reach 10 squats, run across, 1 merkin.
Long mosey around the parking lot to the exit drive on the other side of the field for some Indian Run style activities:
- Group planks while one member does a merkin and bear crawls to the front of the line. Two rounds
- Group holds Al Gore while one member backpedals to the front of the line. Two rounds
- Group monkey humps while one member broad jumps to the front of the line. Two rounds
Mosey back to parking lot and circle up for Ring of Fire. Group planks while each member takes their turn doing 10 merkins. Round two, group holds Al Gore while each member takes their turn doing 10 squats.
Turning over a new leaf, I decided to actually have 5 minutes of Mary at the end. Circle up for dealer’s choice:
