3 pax showed up at The Roost this drizzly Tuesday morning to continue celebrating the Tigers rolling of the Tide last week. Turns out YHC was the only one celebrating. Here’s how it went down:
Conditions: 40 and drizzling
Welcome back shovel flag.
Run down between the school and stadium and circle up at corner of parking lot.
SSH x 15 (IC)
IW x 15 (IC)
TTT x 15 (IC)
Head over to main stadium entrance for start of 44-16 workout. At starting spot perform 44 reps of first exercise listed. Run down parking lot to bottom of suicide hill and head up to the top speed bump (to block pile). Perform 16 reps of first block exercise listed. Return to start and move on to the next exercise listed. Continue on until all exercises completed. Exercises were as follows:
44: Merkins, LBCs, Flutter Kicks, Mtn Climbers, Plank Jacks
16: Thrusters, Chest Press, Curls, OH Press, Squats
Had back to shovel flag.
EMOM for 3 minutes: 5 Tuck Jumps, 3 Burpees, 5 Big Boys.
After the 3 mins, run a lap around the track.
Repeat 3 mins of EMOM and run lap for a total of 3 rounds.
Solid work this morning. Covered a little over 3 miles and shed some layers along the way.
