Great Work by the men of Shawshank ( and a few special guest) on 7 August 2018!! I showed up looking for a Q and little did I know I was the Q on this muggy August morning. As you could imagine this ramped up the mumble chatter and made my off-the-cuff Q that much more enjoyable. The guys never cease to amaze me with the togetherness and spirit that is shown!! Here is what we did (I think):

50 Overhead Arm claps IC
15 Murkens IC
13 TTT IC
24ish Big boy crunches
Then the real work began. Mosey to the lower hill for Jacobs ladder
15 squats at the bottom and 1 burpee at the top
Mosey to the upper field
4 corners- with various exercises to include BBSU, Merkins, Carolina Dry docks, Monkey Humpers (most exercises were 30 first rotation, 20 second rotation) with Karaoke and sprints between corners
Mosey back to shed for
30 dips, 25 box jumps and 15 per leg step ups
