Great time at the Hollow today, with 12 hard-charges giving it all they got. Good to have Mr. Crabby back for consecutive posts! 4 For SL. Also T-Claps to Iron Mary and Hoist for getting 8 miles this morning.
Mosey 1 warm up lap around parking lot stopping at each corner for some quick warm up work.
Corners 1 and 2
Side Straddle Hop X 10IC
Burpees X 5 OYO
Corners 3 and 4
Side Straddle Hop X 10IC
Burpees X 10 OYO
Mosey to right side of school by tennis courts; everyone grabs a curb stop.
Plank walk back and forth on parking stop doing a lateral Merkin at each side X 10 Total OYO. Then Lunge to the gate at the end of the parking lot.
Rinse and Repeat this one more time.
Mosey around back of school by track up to the Wild Cat Stairs for 11’s
BBSU’s at the Top and LBC’s at the bottom.
Mosey back to long parking lot on technology center side of school for some repeats.
Run to second light pole (5 Burpees, 10 hand release Merkins, 15 Plank Jacks, 20 Mt. Climbers). Return back to start and do 10 Bobby Hurley’s.
Rinse and Repeat this 2 more-time going 2 more light poles further each time.
Mosey to long breeze way and lunge to each column, at each column stop and do 5 air squats (about 15 columns total)
