D-To playground- SSH, 10 pull-up burpees, 20 box jumps, air chair
CS- Jacobs ladder on hill. Merkins 10-1
D- Loop Run. 5 Burpees at each corner. LBC at finish
CS- Captain Planets- groups of threes plank alternating arms 1 minute, 10 merkins, 45 seconds, 10 merkins, 30 seconds.
D- 20 sit-ups, 20 American hammers, air chair, 10 squats, repeat, basketball court bear crawl.
CS- 50 Monkey Humpers,
D- 10 Mountian Climbers, 20 Situps, 20 Flutters, 10 merkins
Hot, but fun…. The Pax, as always, brought their A game and put out max effort. Lets all make an effort to get the numbers back up to the mid teens consistently and keep it that way all summer.
