Posted for my buddy Wilson who nearly killed himself this morning to take home all the crowns.
This morning 5 pax showed up for a great time. 4 runners and one mean rucking puck. We will be glad to have him back running just as soon as he is cleared from the doc! As for the Q he had one thing on his mind, collecting crowns! He took the the other runners out Bernard st to take on the first segment of the morning “Bernard Mountain” he talked with the others and everyone was on board to hit the segment and break their personal records! We made it to the top and took a right on bozard mill rd as we slowed our pace to breathe comfortably again. We then took a right on 23 and went down to crosson st. The Q was then wondering if he left enough in the tank to have a chance at the second segment “Long Terrace”! Again all pax were set out to break personal records and one others record as he was nowhere around to defend his crowns! So once we made it to the end of the segment we decided to turn left on Bernard and do a cool down & help Doodle try and get closer to his 5.5mile goal for the day. We then turned right on 23 and right on main to head back. Once we got back and synced up we then realized Strava had to be running low on trophies because we had just earned them all LOL!
