Day of firsts at Tread. First time we never left the Hobby Lobby parking lot. First time we had two runners decide to ditch the ruck. First FNG to be named in the history of Tread. Fun was had by all.
The route- 30 min worth of loops clockwise around Hobby Lobby parking lot plaza with a double up and down the long hill up to 378 each lap. We didn’t cover a lot of distance as a crow flies but got in decent mileage at a decent pace and had no streets to cross or traffic to consider.
25 min of KB with the following exercises (in no particular order) performed in reps of either 5, 10, 11, 15, or 20.

FNG- Buddy Black- Swanson Dad, likes to fish and golf, from Lexington- Bill Dance – Roland Martin ….then a pause…. back to likes to fish- Fish Market (likely influenced by the fact we were standing outside of the future never was Fresh Market)
