Great morning to show up and spend some quality time with the PAX for some fitness, fellowship, faith, and flippers. Some plans were made but due to sore butts and tight calfs one portion was repurposed into some soggy stretches. No Polish Mafia, True Bouknights, Lumberjacks, Mayors, Silver Foxes, Long Socks, or Kenneth Schulers were harmed during this workout…mainly because they didn’t show up.
Conditions: here comes the rain again
COP: Lots of TTT, fair amount of Merkins, a handful of Squats, and some small appearances by Windmills, LBAC, SSH, Flutterkicks, and Gas Pumps.
The Thang: Mosey to the light pole next to the raccoon buffet. Start at first pole with 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 LBC’s. Then run towards opposite end of sidewalk near the FAC doing one burpee at every pole until you get to the last pole (5 burpees in total) . At the last pole 10 merkins, 20 Squats, 30 LBC’s. Rinse and Repeat back to start with two burpees at each pole.
Round two, the same except the burpees increase one at every pole and there is an extra 10,20,30 set in the middle. Rinse and repeat back to start, plank for the six.
Mosey back to awning. Various stretches until time. Such as Shanks greatest stretch, downward facing dog, cobras, and a few styles focused on the hammy wammies.
