20 Pax did the harder thing by posting and knowing what was to happen at YHC Respect and Anniversary Q. As KenDoll put it, “The most Dunphy Q ever: sand, guns, man touching, and thrusters!” All the basic ingredients for a Dunphy Q were achieved. Some mumble chatter at kitty litter box was expected, good report from KenDoll no chiggers were reported. Not as much time at ShankBeach but enough sand to drag back into their vehicles and home. This day Oct.3-4 we also paid tribute to the 19 Americans that lost their lives in the Battle of Mogadishu. The man-carry WO was to remind us that no one was to be left behind. Raft is one solid Cuban. Good thing we had 3 pax carrying him. Good times were had at the Water Gun Range. Good shooting by all. T-Claps to the timeliness of the Shawshank water sprinklers. Would not be a Dunphy workout without a Banana reference. A Lexington Fit Club fav, Superman/Banana was also a crowd pleaser. Grand Finale ending with 50 Hip Thrusters to cash out with some awkwardness. Great work by all!

Thank you F3 Lexington for 5 years of brotherhood and shennanigans. YHC is blessed to have the fellowship of men doing the harder thing, being better husbands and fathers, being a leader, and being an impactful member in the community. Thank you for lifting me up when I needed it. More than just a workout. Glad I disbanded the Lexington Fit Club and joined up with a crazier bunch of guys.
