It was good to be back at YHC’s home AO for another Q. Ashamed to say, it has been several months since the last Q. To make up for it, YHC brought a beat-down, but the Graveyard PAX ran with it… there was light mumble-chatter regarding bear-hauls. And sprints. But mostly, they ran with it.
YHC also tried tempting F3 Lexington on the twitters with a promise to Q in a tank top for all PAX to enjoy a Q-sicle if 20 PAX posted… but alas, only 10 PAX said “NO” to the fartsack today. The tank was on, but hidden under a nice, warm zip-up.
It was good to see the RESPECT crew representing this morning. #TCLAPS to Midrange, Hopper, and Spackle for showing up faithfully every week.
It was also good to see Head and Shoulders, Tumbler, and Joe Pa return to the gloom. #TCLAPS for doing the harder thing in the freezing cold, men!

Count off by 1’s and 2’s, partner up. All PAX grab a block from the pile and mosey to concrete walkway between football concourse and track.

With partner, Bear Haul to 1st light pole on left and back. Bear Hauls consist of getting into a bear crawl position with each partner having a hand on the block. As a team, move the block as you crawl forward. Turn around at the end, to even out the abuse on the arms and shoulders.
From the concourse, 1’s farmer’s carry both blocks to the 2nd lamp (1st on right) and come back. 2’s do burpees. Flapjack and repeat until 50 burpees completed.

From the concourse, 1’s put block on left shoulder, then jog to 2nd lamp (1st on right), put block on right shoulder, and come back. 2’s are doing curls for the girls. Flapjack and repeat until 200 curls complete

From the concourse, 1’s sprint/fast mosey to the 3rd lamp (2nd on left) then back-pedal back. 2’s are doing shoulder press. Flapjack and repeat until 150 presses are complete
