YHC was thrilled to lead the Pax in the gloom today. After Tuesday’s Caboose beatdown it was important to finish the week strong. Blocks and burpees usually help. And why not have some tunes for ambiance? Great effort and mumblexhatter by all.
1 min warning/disclaimer/prayer
Might as well kick it off with 5 burpees oyo
Mosey to field (avoid the sprinklers)
Each exercise followed by 5 burpees oyo
SSH x 20 IC
TTT x 12 IC
Windmills x 12 IC
LBAC F&B x 12 IC
Grab a block and line up on sideline at far end (no sprinklers)
Perform 20 CFTG, 20 block swings 5 burpees then run across field stopping halfway for 5 burpees. On the other side 20 BBSU, 20 2 ct AH 5 burpees. Run back across stopping halfway for, you guessed it, 5 burpees. Rinse and repeat reducing the reps by 5 until finished.
1 lap around track for cool down
Next round starts with 10 reducing by 5. Same pattern as before but replacing exercises with block thrusters and block merkins on side 1. Flutter kicks and lbcs on the other. Of course we’re keeping the burpees.
