Forty four and 440s

The pax showed up in mass this morning to help me celebrate my 44th birthday.   i cannot say enough how I appreciate the support and effort.  The camaraderie and accountability of F3 and the pax of The Hollow has been a big benefit to me.

Thanks for indulging YHC in my workout.

Conditions: 71 degrees, 81% humidity

Mosey to the soccer field.   No COP needed today.   We ran the lines on the soccer field and did 2 burpees at each side line.   By the time we ran the entire field, 44 burpees were completed.

Mosey to the block pile, grab a block, and bring it to the courtyard.

The workout

The workout was designed to do 44 reps of an exercise and then run 440m around the parking lot.   i am not quite sure the run was 440m, but that goes with the theme better.

Round 1 – 44 Block swings & 440m run
Round 2 – 44 Thrusters & 440m run
Round 3 – 44 Merkins & 440m run
Round 4 – 44 Block Up and Over & 440m run
Round 5 – 44 Iron Cross with partner.   No run.   I was too tired.
Round 6 – 44 Overhead Press & 440m run
Round 7 – 44 Block jump.

Return the blocks to the block pile to complete the workout in 44 minutes.

Mosey back to the flag
