Mosey to the cage to pick up blocks and assemble on the goal line.
Modified BLIMPS (MLIMPS?) :
8-count Manmakers x 5
Lunge Walk down the field x 10 each leg
Imperial Walkers IC x 15, then mosey about 20 yards
Merkins OYO x 20, then mosey to the end of the field
Plank Jacks IC x 25, then mosey back about 20 yards (#crowdpleaser)
Squats OYO x 30, then mosey back to goal line
Rinse and Repeat x 3
Warm-up (better late than never: LBAC front and rear x 20 each
Then Modified BLIMPS (again) x 2 (5 total sets)
Total – 25 Manmakers, 50 Lunges, 75 Imperial Walkers, 100 Merkins, 125 Plank Jacks and 150 Squats.
Mosey to wall for 2 1/2 minutes of Peoples Chair with various arm raises
