F3 Lex New Year’s Day Convergence

110 PAX did the harder thing and posted for the F3 Lex Annual New Year’s Convergence.  What better way to start off the new year than a Convergence?  It was cold, but we didn’t notice after a few minutes of F3 Goodness.  This convergence was setup to ensure all PAX could get what they wanted.  We had Q’s for Speedwork, Ultimate Frisbee, Core BC, and Traditional BC.  It was epic and if YHC has anything to do with a future convergence, we’ll have multiple workouts available because it seemed to work pretty swell.

Welcome Jason Priester, 29, he’s an analyst…you know where that went for a while…luckily we moved on.  There were a lot of names thrown out but since most of the men were feeling something due to the cold, he was named Shrinkage.  Glad to have you join us this morning Shrinkage!
