Divide into teams of 4. One team member grab a pole, one grab a block and one grab 2 solid bricks. Mosey to the front car line loop.
YHC explained what EZ stands for in the “relay world”, so we set-up our own relay around the carline loop. There was a Pole EZ, Block EZ and Brick EZ. The team members went to their respective EZ and started to do the exercise listed until their teammate came to their EZ. Exercises performed
Block EZ — Kettle Bell Swings, OH Press, Curls for the Girls, BBSU’s
Pole EZ — Pole Press, Curls, OH Press, Flutter Kicks
Brick EZ — Tricep Ext., OH Claps, LBAC front and back
Mosey to return the items to the block pile.
