Toy Solders x 10 IC
Around the world 10 each direction
Halo’s 10 each direction

The Thang:
Clean, squat, press, & reverse lunge x 15 each hand then 30 second breather.
R & R but drop to 12 each hand then 30 second breather
R & R 30 second breather
R & R but drop to 10 reps.

Just like I said, its only a couple exercises.
