7 faithful C.A.T. pax showed up and beat the fartsack for a Q that was in memory of our brother Cheech who we lost just over a month ago. YHC never personally met Cheech, but heard all about his legacy and all the great things he did and wanted to honor him in some way. Here’s what went down:

Chilcutt Peter Parkers-same as normal peter parkers but in Chilcutt position(elbow plank) x 38 each leg
Hurpees-burpees but with hand-release merkins x 19
E2K-on 6, right foot over left knee and bring left elbow up to right knee, do reverse x 38 each way
Escalator-10 squats, 20 jump lunges each leg, 30 jump squats, 40 4-count flutter kicks, 50 merkins
Crab Cakes-in crab walk position, bring right hand to left leg and reverse x 38 each way
Hydraulic squats-squat down, go down on ground on right knee, then left knee, and back up x 38
Slowsey back to wall for people’s chair x 1 min-3 times

YHC is always reminded of the song, “Live like you were dying” by Tim McGraw when told to take every second for granted. While planning this WO, YHC found these 2 verses for the devo to remind us, that we must make every second count we have on this earth. We must be the best men and more importantly, Christians we can be while we are on this earth, so that when our time comes, whether it be today or years down the road, we know that we will go home to our true home in heaven to be with God for eternity. So tell your kids, parents, friends, and family you love them today, and give them a hug, cause you never know when it will be your last breath on earth.
