Chaser got YHC excited about football season coming back around with his beatdown of the #Swampfox PAX with 110s, so the rep count this morning was 110 for each exercise.

Pinkman said were made it 1.8 miles this morning.  T-Claps to the PAX for getting through this repetitive workout and also to Club Car who said he hadn’t run that much since the last time he posted which was about 18 months ago.  glad to have you back in the fold.
