No witty back blast today. YHC fell asleep at 8:00 putting the kids to bed and woke up to a Chinstrap text saying “change of plans, can someone take the Q tomorrow?” Given there were no responses, YHC texted back at 5:00 am “I’ll take it if still needed.” However, there was no response so YHC assumed he it had been taken care of, only to show up and Chinstrap says “It’s yours.” OK, then—impromptu Q.

YHC recalled doing something similar during one of the first weeks of the budding Snakepit. Sounded like a great idea.
Run to the middle set of parking islands 10 merkins (probably around 50 yards or so), round the island and run back 10 squats.
Rinse and repeat across the parking lot—10 islands
100 Merkins / 100 squats total
Mosey back to the wide stairs, split up into 2 groups
Group 1 – Suicide stairs
Group 2 – AMRAP Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)
Switch after group 1 finishes
Rinse and repeat (2 rounds total)

Good work by the PAX. A little mumble chatter going on the Stair/Cindy combo. But hey, I made it up as I was going—call the whambulance to come pick you up. By YHCs county 30 pull-ups, 140 Merkins, 160 squats, and a good bit of running—which is always a crowd pleaser for the stride light guys.
