Thang: Head out of parking lot and head up lake drive. Turn left at the Hess… I mean Kangaroo… I mean Speedway gas station… (either way it’s the cheapest gas in town). Head down the hill. Out for 20 minutes … back for 20 minutes and try to beat your Mt. Regal Strava segment record.

Strava segments create excellent opportunities to gauge your progress during every workout on certain wonderful segments in town. The StrideXL folks probably logged good times on several of YHC segment creations in Strava. Get on Strava if you’re not already. TCLAPS for excellent efforts turned in by all!
YHC really appreciated the positive feedback from Pew in how F3/FiA helps improve marriages and relationships in general through 2ndF before/during/after workouts. He already has suggested it to folks he works with at church. Take as an example of how we NEED others to get through this life.
We also learned that certain apple loving pax and his M work out differences while running… and instead of sleeping in the doghouse. “Oh… go run to the parking lot!”, YHC believes was the quote.
