LBAC x 10 IC f/r (not Libby arm circles…)
OH Claps x 10 IC (WAP has never seen anyone do this correctly by clapping their arms overhead)
TTT x 10 IC
Mosey down and grab a block and mosey back up to the parking lot for block work
All sets follow this pattern for the two exercises called:
10 reps/10 reps – run to curb and back
20 reps/10 reps – run to curb and back
30 reps/10 reps – run to curb and back
40 reps/10 reps – run to curb and back
50 reps/10 reps – run to curb and back

Quick break for a slo mo set of BBSU x 10
Block Press/Front Raise
Complete one set of all called exercises, 10 reps and then put blocks up. Flutter for the six and then mosey back to the flag.
