Awesome Sauce

It was a good day for Jumanji. We welcomed back Dinghy and Huggies and introduced Policy to his first Bootcamp…”WhatWhat”.  The work was strong and in the end we defiantly had a taste of some Awesome Sauce..but that could have been dirt but it was darn good.

The thang:
For our warm-up we moseyed to the canteen.

We started our workout by Bear Crawling from the canteen to the end of the dug out for some BBS 10x
We repeated this once more replacing BBS with Squats 10x and then moseyed back to the shovel flag.

Next, we looped the parking lot doing exercises at four stations in middle and at the ends (speed bumps).
Burpees 5x 10x 5x
Squats 10x 20x 10x
Merkins 15x 30x 15x
SSH 20x 40x 20x
We modified one last round and did Squats 20x at each station.

We took a moment with the Star Gazer (30sec) before we moseyed back to the shovel flag. In the end, we finished up with a round of Mary.
