A Plank IS Rest

It has been a while since YHC has bee to visit the Detention Pax and they have obviously been busy with the EHing as an impressive 20 pax turned out to greet YHC this morning.  Not wanting to disappoint, YHC tailored one of my standard workouts to only allow the plank position as the only time we will not be moving.

One minute warning , intro, disclaimer, BOM, check for FNG’s (found one), 10 Burpees then follow me for run around the front of the campus stopping at each corner for several warm up exercises.

Arrive at the 1st of 4 workout stations.  Each station has 4 workouts concentrating on different areas of the body.  The exercises are performed x 30 and then we run a lap around the parking lot after each set.  After completing each stations exercises we lunged to the next station and followed the order of exercises listed.

Mumble chatter became sparse as the pax got down to business (or got winded).

Lots of reps and running this morning and work was done by all.
