Mosey to first light. We are going to have a little fun with my diet today. It’s called GBOMBS (greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries, seeds). However, our GBOMBS will be a little different than that. All exercises are OYO. 10 Gorilla humpers. Next light. 10 Burpees. Next light. 10 Overhead claps. Next light. 10 Merkins. Next light. 10 BBSU. Next light. 10 Squats. R&R until we’ve hit all lights on the school and in the parking lots. I think we did 5 circuits total. On the last one, Bail Out suggested Bear Crawls instead of burpees, all agreed so that’s what we did.
Mosey to covered walkway in front. Let’s do some suicides. Bear crawl to first column. Run back. Lunge walk to second column. Run back. Run to third column run back.
We had time to do 6 minutes of Mary, dealers choice. I remember crab cakes, iron cross, merkins, flutter kicks, ray charles and a few more crazy exercises.

Pot Luck going on mission trip to Taiwan, pray for safe travel. Dear Diary, health issues. Pray for F3 guys who are having marital issues. Close in prayer.
Devo: MAD make a difference. You WILL make a difference in everything you do, positive or negative. There is no in between. So strive to be positive in everything you do.
