-Imperial Walkers IC X 10

-10 Merkins

-Little Baby Arm circles  F/B X 10 IC

-Karaoke the third sand spot, face same directions coming back.

Work out 1:

Split into Groups of three

PAX 1- Calf Raises on Big Boys ( 15 ct each leg) Rinse and Repeat

PAX 2- 20 ct merkins, 30 (2 ct) bicycles Rinse and Repeat

PAX 3- Run one Lap around the Track

When PAX 3 completes one lap, the PAX 2 will run a lap. The person doing Calf Raises will do person 2’s exercises.

NEXT:

Mosey to Block Pile.  Get two Blocks and carry them to the flag pole.

Mosey across field to the other side of the track. Do the following:

Lunge to the yellow triangles. Do 10 burpees.

Lunge to the white trashcan. Do 10 burpees.

Mosey to the Flag Pole

Famer Carry Both Blocks to the pine tree. Complete 15 merkins.  Famer carry both blocks back to the block pile.

Run one lap around the track.  Run up the Big Boys and Back to the Shovel flag.
