The Thang:
Get in a group of 3 and grab a block. Head to field.
Grinder is simple. 1 Pax on one sideline. Another on the other sideline with 1 Pax running in between until set number of reps are done.
Round 1:
300 curls and other sideline Flutterkicks
Round 2:
300 overhead arm press and other sideline LBCs
Round 3:
400 Bench Press and other sideline Freddie Mercury
Round 4:
300 bent over rows and other sideline Ray Charles
Return block and head to shovel flag
