11 PAX arrived at #TheCastle to get better. With Special K on the Q and bricks in hand, the PAX knew what was coming – a neighborhood tour. In the Halloween spirit, our Q gave the PAX neon head gear – red horns or a green and red knife were the choices. Donning the appropriate ‘safety’ gear, the PAX were ready.

All told, the PAX logged 1.8 miles, 320 Merkins, 320 Squats and 320 LBCs as well as upper body work with the bricks. Nicely Done. Happy Halloween.
