Pretty bummed we didn’t get to finish with burpees due to time but that’s ok since we can make it up on my next Q.
I will say at first I wasn’t too fond of having BC’s online. Not meeting with fellow pax in the gloom in person is tough but these meetings are starting to grow on me. While it’s always great taking a beat down from my fellow GOAT pax it’s been nice to mix it up with other AO’s, even Depot (no matter how much they deny me). I just hope when AO’s reopen, that we all make a conscious effort to mix it up on AO’s from time to time. Also, show up!
