8 pax arrived at RBHS for a little Good Living preparation. YHC had tweeted out the day before that the pax would get acquainted with the ground during this Q, and he kept his promise. YHC promised 30 mins of exercises and 30 mins of a rucking good time.

Move into two columns, low crawl 30-40 yds
Explain what the Tunnel of Love was
Start on sideline, all pax line up in downward facing dog. Pax hold position as end man low crawls through the Tunnel of Love. As each end pax goes through the next pax goes through as they are passed under. Keep tunnel moving to opposite sideline (we basically made it there)
The Tunnel of Love, well its the tough love kind of love, filled with both pain and good times.
Mosey pass the #Graveyard crew to pick up coupons (40#, 40#, and 45#) and the pax went’a Rucking off into the darkness, sharing the suck of the coupons and covering 2+miles in the last 30 mins.
