Circle up for 10 SSH IC for start of BLIMPS workout
B 5 Burpees OYO, followed by 10 SSH IC
L 10 Lunges each leg OYO, followed by 10 SSH IC
I 15 Imperial Walkers IC, followed by 10 SSH IC
M 20 Mercans OYO, followed by 10 SSH IC
P 25 Plank Jacks, followed by 10 SSH IC
S 30 Squats, followed by 10 SSH IC
Mosey to corner of parking lot. 6 laps around parking lot. First lap do 4 sets of 5 Burpees, next lap 10 Lunges x4, next 15 IW IC x 4, next 20 Mercans x 4, next 25 Plank Jacks x 4, next 30 Squats x 4 (stop at end of each lap to wait on 6 with plank, LBAC, etc.)
Mosey to Wall. Wall Sits for minute x 6 with “breaks” to complete each of the BLIMPS exercises (5 Burpees, then 10 Lunges, etc.) then back on the wall
