Score tries to stay warm

It was a cold morning in the gloom, but the seven guys who resisted the fartsack were able to warm up slightly and get some work done.  I always enjoy leading the Score men.

Condition: 35 degrees and nippy

The Thang:

Mosey to the field by the great wall and circle up.


SSH x25 IC

Carolina Dry Docks x 20 IC

High knees x 20 IC

Next set of exercises everyone was told to keep their arms up until the end:

Little baby arm circles forward x20 IC and backwards x20 IC; Overhead claps x20 IC; Raise the roof x20 IC

Everyone does peoples chair and pair up.

First pair does 10 merkins while others remain in peoples chair.

As first pair completes merkins, second pair begins merkins while the first pair jogs to left corner of school and does 10 Big Boy Situps.

The first pair then jog to tree line and does 10 Squats, as others follow them.

The first pair then jogs to far side of tree line and does 10 Big Boy Situps again.

The first pair then jogs to right corner of school and does 10 Squats again. (they have just completed doing a big square). They then jog back to beginning and do 10 merkins and go back to people’s chair until all are finished.

This is repeated doing 7 reps and then 5 reps.

Mosey to brickpile and grab bricks and head over to dip cage.

While one of the partners is doing 10 dips on the dip cage, the other is doing max gas pumpers holding bricks out to side. They then switch.

This is repeated with 7 reps and 5 reps.

Worst burpee ever (do a burpee holding your bricks, then do 10 little baby arm circles holding your bricks – that is 1 rep). We did 5 reps and put the bricks up

We were going to mosey to the patio, but Pre-nup felt we should do more in that area, so we did an impromptu bear crawl ring of fire (Get in big circle and bear crawl to the right. Each time I say stop, someone does 10 merkins while everyone else planks. I then say go and we continue moving around the circle until I say stop and the next guy does 10 merkins, until all have done the merkins).


Mosey to patio and circle up.

Next set of exercises everyone was told to keep their feet in the air until the end: Rosalitas x20 IC; Hello Dolly x20 IC; Freddie Mercury x20 IC; Boxcutters x20 IC.

Five minute AMRAP: 10 decline merkins, 10 step ups (each leg), 10 dips.

Mosey back to wall for one last peoples chair.
