Turn left on Trenholm to Lander

Right on Lander and group up again at corner of Lander & Furman.

The ladder was explained as such: The pax will use Furman and Wofford as straightaways for speed work and the cross streets for recovery. Each time around you will add one block of distance to the previous route for 8 total sprints. Thus pax should…

Left on Lander, left on Trenholm and cool down pace to Trenholm Plaza, in all 4.08 miles and just a .5 mile short of a 5k of sprinting. Good speed training.
