Since there was a shortage of Q volunteers and since YHC needed a dam-to-dam recovery run, here is the back blast for today’s run. Thanks to the other 3 outstanding pax for coming out to join me!
After 3 hours of running hills in the inaugural dam-to-dam relay Saturday, YHC was looking for something flat, so we ran to the dam for 22 minutes and back. No sunburn or cows today!
