The Thang:
Mosey to the sideline, or where the sideline should be for some Dora
Dora rules a little different this time around (T claps to F3Houston’s Spicolli for the idea)
Pax partner up. One partner performs the exercise while the other partner holds the position then flapjack. Mosey to the other side line and back until the pair reaches the number. Pax ahead of the pace keep performing until the last group hits the number. This was designed to be partner exercises, but since we had 3 pax, we went as a group. YHC thinks it made it more difficult in holding the position
150 Merkins, hold the plank position
200 Squats, hold the deep squat
250 LBC’s hold the up (pillbug) position
300 flutter kicks hold 6 inches
With all the holding and moseying to the sideline, this really took nearly the full bootcamp time. Pax finished with some stretches and a run up the BB Stairs
