Bear Crawl from one side fence of tennis court and back, 10 Burpees
Back up Amy!!!! (back up the ladder)
There were a few moments of Mary in between the sets of Amy (Mtn Climbers, Plank Jacks, plank holds, flutters…)

The Legion/Shed PAX truly made a guy feel welcomed in #ThaGloom. It felt AMAZING to be back at the place that helped make me what I am today. The familiar faces, mumblechatter and all around presence of YHC’s old PAX (and best bud from F3Lex, Rocking Chair ((#Rooms2Go)) made this am in the gloom one that will not be soon forgotten.
