Cheers had a bum foot so YHC volunteered to take his Q spot. YHC put countless hours of thought into the winkie and came up with three exercises. The two major things YHC learned from this WO is
- Coon Dog’s M can make a great sandwich.
- Cowbell does not approve of this workout, but he also lives in denial. Thirty minutes into workout, he realized this was all there was to the workout. Sorry Cowbell, next time I will try to come up with 4 exercises.

- 5 merkins
- 7 monkey humpers.
Do this at every light pole for 50 poles
