11 PAX posted at TP for a shortened version of the usual Saturday workout so PAX could get home to grab their kids. Still got after it. Good work men.

Mosey to parking lot for COP IC- SSH, arm circles, dirty birds, Michael Phelps, hand claps.
Mosey to steps. Run up steps 5 merkins, backwards bear crawl down hill 5 BBSU. Subtract one each lap. Plank when done.
Grab a step. Calf raises all 3 ways IC x 20.
Go to top of stairs, jump squats to a high spot on the wall x 5, bear crawl backwards down the hill, 5 diamond merkins. Rinse and repeat x 5.
Mosey back toward shovel flag for some curb hops like Justin Timberlake before passing it off to Quis so I could pick up my son for the 2.0 workout. No sure what happen from 6:40-6:55 but I’m sure it was quality.

28 PAX joined us for the first in a while official 2.0 workout. Tons of fun. Here is what went down:

Mosey to back parking lot for SSH, arm circles and Michael Phelps IC.
Mosey to bottom of the hill to load the ark. Bear crawls, bunny hops, gorilla crawl, crab walk, and human sprint.
Next we split into groups of 3 for the spoon and golfball relay race. Once team member would run(ish) to the cone with a golfball on a spoon and try not to drop it and then pass it off to the other team member. If the ball is dropped everyone has a merkin. We ran forward, backward, and did bunny hops. Lot of merkins and a lot of fun.
Mosey back to shovel flag for boat cables and to call it a day.

1- Isabelle- friends with Canseco’s daughter. Likes music and art- not a huge Taylor Swift fan, but does like Demi Lovato- Demi it is
2- Micah- son of Nick. I think 4 years old, didn’t give us much info but was climbing on his Dad Nick- Jungle Gym
3- Sam- also son of Nick. Older brother to Micah. Into karate. Karate kid- black belt- Kung Fu Panda
4- William- son of Simon says- 4 years old. Favorite thing to watch is Star Wars. Favorite character is BB-8. BB-8 it is
5- Jace- son of Booster. 5 years old. Found a caterpillar during the workout and and called it a callepitar and almost got that as a name. Bill Nye- told the guys he likes frogs- Kermit it is.
