YHC is very appreciative for all that Ken Doll has done for our region. With that, YHC saw that there was an open slot on the Q sheet for today and signed right on up. This was done without consideration of that fact that it was the Friday before The Wildcat. Not very smart on my end but stayed the course and hopefully provided the 14 PAX that took the DRP today with a good workout through town. We did some exploring today and here’s what we did:
One minute warning, no FNGs, disclaimer, and prayer.
Mosey over to the grass area outside the County Administration building for COP.

Recover and mosey over to Main Street.
Main Street – Light Pole Ladder
Run down Main Street, do 10 merkins & 10 squats at each light pole – did this between Hwy 6 and Church Street.
Return back to Hwy 6 with 10 plank jacks & 10 mountain climbers.
Mosey over to the military memorial for box jumps, incline merkins and decline merkins.
Three rounds of:
- 5 box jumps
- 5 incline merkins
- 5 decline merkins
Time to mosey around town for some BLIMPS…everytime we turned Left we did BLIMPS.
Left Turn Blimps
Head down Hwy 6, Left on Main St., Continue on Main, Left into amphitheater parking lot, leave parking lot and right on Church, Left on Maiden…that was last round and then we headed down Hwy 1 to Oswald Street.

Butler Street – Side Street Burpee Ladder
Starting at Oswald with 10 merkins at intersection with Main, run to Butler Street do 5 burpees, run up Butler – do 5 burpees at intersection with Creps, run down Creps and do 10 merkins at Main, and run back to AO.
