Mosey one lap and Circle up. SSH X15IC, TTT X10 IC, Merkins, Shoulder taps (10, 8, 6, 4)
Line up and run to 1st pole and do 5 burpees, return to line and do 15 (2ct) mt climbers (rinse and repeat for 5 light poles). Recover.
Mosey across the street to picnic shelter:
Perform 5 pull ups and called hanging core exercise then run to far end of playground and do 10 vup’s. R&R for 4 rounds. Core exercises were as follows: hanging straight leg raises, hanging knee ups, hanging Freddie Mercuries, hanging Russian twist) All core exercises were X15.
Return to parking lot and rinse and repeat the following:
Line up and run to 1st pole and do 5 burpees, return to line and do 15 (2ct) mt climbers (rinse and repeat for 5 light poles). Recover.
