Mosey to Block pile, grab a block and return to Ken Doll Alley
Each exercise performed with cinder block. Start with 25 reps of an exercise then decrease reps by 5 each round while adding a new exercise. After each round, sprint down Ken Doll Alley and back (about 100 yards each way)
Rd 1: 25 Merkins
Rd 2: 20 Merkins, 25 Squats
Rd 3: 15 Merkins, 20 Squats, 25 Curls
Rd 4: 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, 20 Curls, 25 LBCs
Rd 5: 5 Merkins, 10 Squats, 15 Curls, 20 LBCs, 25 Over Head Press
Rd 6: 5 Squats, 10 Curls, 15 LBCs, 20 Over Head Press, 25 Lunges
Rd 7: 5 Curls, 10 LBCs, 15 Over Head Press, 20 Lunges, 25 Tricep Extensions
Rd 8: 5 LBCs, 10 Over Head Press, 15 Lunges, 20 Tricep Extensions, 25 Dips
Rd 9: 5 Over Head Press, 10 Lunges, 15 Tricep Extensions, 20 Dips
