YHC took the Q today to see the goings on over at BeechHouse. Being a Shawshank PAX, YHC knows a tight knit group, and these guys have it already, not even two months into their existence. It is great to see this. F3 is a huge part of this community and to see its influence spread is outstanding. These men carry the torch well.
On another note, YHC needed brotherhood today. His best friend from grade school through college passed away in his sleep and I got the news this morning. It’s tough seeing something like that and it is good to have your brothers around you. I know a few of these men well, but others not so much, however, they all supported me. That’s brotherhood.

Line up on the curb in front of the fence:
* 25 Dips
* 25 incline merkins
* 25 decline merkins
Mosey to stairs for calf raises:
* 34 regular calf raises
* 33 feet inward CRs
* 33 feet outward CRs
Mosey to block pile:
Grab a block and mosey to light pole in front of blocks
* 10 curls then mosey to next pole
* Do 1 block burpee and mosey to next pole
* Rinse and repeat around semicircle
Return blocks and head to safety cones in front of school
