It wasn’t that long ago that Argyle and YHC met in the gloom for YHC’s first ever Q at Urban Legend. In the spirit of the Thursday Night Summer Concerts at Icehouse Amphitheater, we moseyed through the streets of downtown Lexington to put on a musical beatdown of our own complete with and brief intermission of running up and down the stairs. This morning our attendance grew by some 50 percent, adding Stalker to the mix and the three of us took on a stack-style beatdown.

Opening Prayer
Heres what when down……
Sticking with the idea of riding the coat tails of the summer concerts, the three of us ran through downtown Lexington to the Icehouse Amphitheater. Once we arrived we did a quick warm up at the top of the bleacher style seats.
The Warm Up

Now we were nice and warm and headed down the bleachers to the front of the stage to start the stack.
The Thang
1 Burpee, Run up one side of the stairs to the top of the Amphitheater (stage right)
1 Burpee, 5 Carolina Dry Docks, Run down the other side of the stairs to the front of the stage
1 Burpee, 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Lunges (5 per leg), Run up the bleachers to the top
1 Burpee, 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Lunges (5 per leg) 25 Merkins, Run down the bleachers to the front of the stage
1 Burpee, 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Lunges (5 per leg), 25 Merkins, 50 Mount Climbers (single count), Run up one side of the stairs to the top of the Amphitheater (stage left)
1 Burpee, 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Lunges (5 per leg), 25 Merkins, 50 Mount Climbers (single count), 75 Squats, Run down the other side of the stairs to the front of the stage
1 Burpee, 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Lunges (5 per leg), 25 Merkins, 50 Mount Climbers (single count), 75 Squats, 100 LBC’s
Stay put…..end of the stack.
After a second to catch our breath (we had a few extra minutes) and to prevent further boredom, we went back down the stack mixing up a few of the exercises
100 two-count Heel Touches, 75 Calf Raises, 50 Plank Jacks, 25 Merkins, 10 Bonnie Blairs (10 per leg), 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 1 Burpee
We then Ran up one side of the stairs to the top of the Amphitheater (stage left) and back down to the front of the stage; ran across the front of the stage to stage right and ran up one side of the other stairs and down the other side to the front of the stage.
RECOVER
Gather ourselves and our belongings and mosey back through beautiful downtown Lexington.
